General program

Four trips to the environment, in each trip the following aspects will be explored in depth:

1 basic techniques, belay methods: grigri and reverso - use of ropes and tools necessary for progression on the wall, guide knot with friction

2 knot chisel, chisel repassed

3 Lead climbing, chicken knot

4 advanced techniques,
history, movement theory and training methodologies

Do I have to already know how to climb to take the climbing course?

No, you don't need to know how to climb.
These days are dedicated to those who have never climbed and want to try or to those who have already climbed but prefer to be followed to better refine their technique and rope maneuvers.

Can I try climbing even if I suffer from vertigo and am afraid of heights?

Generally, trust in the Alpine Guide and in the technical material used mitigate the fear of heights and voids. On test days, you reach a maximum height of 30 meters and in case of fear you can immediately descend.

Can I lead climb too?

Of course, if you want and if the Alpine Guide deems you capable, you can try to climb as a lead climber, taking advantage of the Alpine Guide's safety.

Do I need to know how to double rope and other rope maneuvers?

No, you don't need any skills, the Alpine Guide will take care of everything.

How do you behave in case of bad weather?

If the Alpine Guide deems that the conditions are adverse, he can cancel or postpone the excursion. In case of cancellation by the Alpine Guide, any deposit will be fully refunded or, in agreement with the client, retained for a possible other date.

Is the rental of the harness, helmet and shoes free?

Yes, rental is free.

Does it take strength to climb?

No, to take your first steps on the rock you don't need to have arm strength. It's much more important to be agile and light.
